Hiroshi B. Rodriguez sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 7874 Alameda Creek St. in Enterprise for $690,000 to Ann Mong on Dec. 11.

Rodriguez paid $637,446 for the property in Nov. 2006. The 3,302-square-foot home, which was built in 2006, is in the Nevada Trails neighborhood.

Rodriguez is the founder of Visual Art Images, a Las Vegas art gallery and retail company.

There were 8,305 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $225,000.
