Dr. Nianjun Tang bought the three-bedroom, three-bath home at 6120 Craftsbury Court in Las Vegas from Gmac Mortgage, LLC, for $304,500 on Nov. 26.

The 4,015-square-foot, two-story house was built in 2005.

Dr. Tang has served as a physical and rehabilitation physician at the Complete Care Medical Center in Las Vegas. She has also practiced at Fort Wayne Orthopaedic and is affiliated with Lutheran Hospital, both in Indiana.

She earned her M.D. from Hunan Medical College in China (1992). She completed her general surgery residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine and her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals and at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Illinois.

There were 17,921 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $205,000.
