Risto Mackovski and Lena Mackovski sold a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 3729 Robert Randolf Way in Spring Valley to Danilo Dungca and Marian Dungca for $320,000 on Nov. 26.
The 6,969-square-foot house was built in 1998.
Mr. Mackovski is a civil engineer and serves as the founder of MB Commercial Properties, a Las Vegas engineering and developing company specializing in residential and commercial development.
There were 6,015 sales in Spring Valley in 2008, with a median sales price of $215,000.
