Rita K. Alleyne sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 7118 Regal Valley St. in Las Vegas to Frank R. Eibler and Sharon L. Tomsic for $329,000 on Nov. 25.

Alleyne paid $371,007 for the property in June 2004. The 2,632-square-foot house was built the same year.

Alleyne is the chief executive officer at IBEW Plus Credit Union in Las Vegas. She also formed One Call Facility Solutions, which serves businesses by dispatching help when equipment or facilities need repair in Las Vegas.

There were 17,921 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $205,000.
