Hubert Keller and his wife, Chantal, bought a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath at 34 Castle Oaks Ct. in Enterprise from Patrick and Ann Margaret Watson for $2.44 million on Nov. 25.

The Watsons paid $625,000 for the property in May 2005. The 6,044-square-foot home was built in 2007.

Mr. Keller is a chef and owner of Fleur de Lys in San Francisco and Las Vegas. He also owns The Burger Bar in Las Vegas, and is a consulting chef at the Club XIX in Pebble Beach, Calif. He was also the first guest chef in White House history to cook a dinner for former President Clinton and his family, and was a guest judge on the Bravo reality TV show "Top Chef."

A native of France, Mr. Keller graduated from the Ecole Hoteliere in Strasbourg.

There were 8,305 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $225,000.
