Jewelry pro sells Cara Vella home

Giti Esmaili sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 225 Muldowney Lane in Las Vegas to Rodney B. Fuller for $460,000 on Nov. 4.

Ms. Esmaili bought the property for $715,000 in Oct. 2006. The 2,810-square-foot house, which was built in 2004, is in the Cara Vella at Summerlin Vistas.

Esmaili has worked as regional manager at David Yurman, a fine jewelry company. She has also owned the Tango Gift Shop in Los Angeles.

There were 17,921 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $205,000.
