Design, engineering pro deals at Turnberry Towers

Tryge Lee Simpson sold a one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at 2777 Paradise Road in Winchester to Eliot and Rosemarie Robinson for $329,000 on Dec. 5.

Simpson paid $441,350 for Unit #908 in Nov. 2006.

Simpson is a member of the board of trustees at George Wythe University in Utah. He has also served as the owner of Estate Equity and Premier Design and Engineering.

Turnberry Place, which was completed in 2002, houses 770 units in four 45-story towers. Sales in the building dropped 71 percent from 2006-2007.

There were 807 condo sales in Winchester in 2008, with a median sales price of $606,000.
