The 3,800-square-foot house, which was built in 2007, is in the Pinnacle-Capriana subdivision.

Mr. Betke is the president of High Maintenance Communications, a building cleaning and maintenance services business in Las Vegas.

Mrs. Betke serves as the company's secretary.

There were 455 sales in Lone Mountain in 2008, with median sales price of $435,000.
