Maj. Sean K. Gustafson and his wife, Shawna, bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 6957 Puetollano Dr. in North Las Vegas from Equisource Holdings, LLC, for $303,000 on Dec. 10.

Equisource Holdings, LLC, foreclosed the property in Dec. 1. The 3,399-square-foot home was built in 2006.

Maj. Gustafson serves as an F-16 pilot for the Thunderbirds demonstration team of the U.S. Air Force. Previously he served as a commercial pilot for Delta Airlines, flying a Boeing 767 on trans Atlantic flights.

He was also a F-16 jet fighter during his 10 years active service in Germany, Korea, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. He attended the University of Central Florida on a ROTC scholarship and received his degree in engineering.

There were 8,873 sales in North Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $189,900.
