Tomiko Gore and Peter Judd bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 811 Cavaison Ave. in Paradise from Thomas and Fabiola Goldenberg for $325,000 on Nov. 18.

The Goldenbergs paid $480,000 for the property in July 2005. The 2,722-square-foot house, which was built in 1998, is in the Silverado Ranch subdivision.

Ms. Gore has worked as a senior consultant at Informatica, a Los Angeles-based data integration software provider. She's also a consultant with American Express.

She has also worked for Mitsubishi Motors as data warehouse administrator and for SAS Consulting Services as a consultant.

There were 4,065 sales in Paradise in 2008, with median sales price of $230,000.
