Calif. investor buys in Turnberry Towers

Mayer Separzadeh and his wife, Annette, bought a condo at 135 E. Harmon Ave. in Paradise from HSBC Bank USA for $320,000 on Nov. 18.

The 520-square-foot Unit #3017 is in the Turnberry MGM Grand Towers.

Mr. Separzadeh is an investor and commercial real estate developer and broker in Los Angeles. He has been affiliated with Arani & Beno, Inc., and Action Investment Group.

The Turnberry MGM Grand Towers, which was built in 2006, comprises of three 38-story towers with 576 units each.

There were 1,977 condo sales in Paradise in 2008, with median sales price of $513,000.
