Dennis B. Kariger and Brian P. Kariger bought a two-bedroom, three-bath condo in 4575 Dean Martin Dr. in Paradise from John Cassisi for $575,000 on Jan. 13.
John Cassisi paid $682,880 for Unit #2207 in Sept. 2007. There 304 units in the Panorama Towers.
Dennis Kariger is the director of sales of the Los Angeles based Lexico Publishing Group, LLC, which offers online reference and learning services. Prior to this, he had worked with internetzzo.net, LLC, and Dictionary.com, LLC.
Brian Kariger is the co-founder and CEO of Lexico Publishing Group, LLC.
There were 13,393 condo sales in Paradise in 2008, with a median sales price of $513,000.
