Joseph Hauck bought a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 6916 Arcadia Creek St. in North Las Vegas from the Bank of New York for $302,000 on Jan. 14.

The Bank of New York foreclosed on the property in May 2008. The 4,224-square-foot house, which was built in 2006, is in the Aliante subdivision.

Mr. Hauck owns All Glass & Aluminum in Las Vegas.

There were 8,873 home sales in North Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $189,900.
