Dr. Jennifer Crocker and her husband, Eric Crocker, bought a home at 2722 Kline Circle in Winchester from Emg Investments, LLC, for $386,500 million on Jan. 15.

The 4,492-square-foot house, which was built in 1974, is in the El Sol del Pueblo neighborhood.

Dr. Crocker has served as the medical director of the Children's Rehabilitation Center in Madera, Calif. She's also served as an assistant professor of pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Indiana University School of Medicine-Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.

She received her M.D. from the University of Missouri School of Medicine.

There were 703 home sales in Winchester in 2008, with median sales price of $230,000.
