Christopher A. Rawski bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 4505 Velvet Crest Lane in Enterprise from the Bank Of America National Association for $408,000 on Jan. 21.

Wells Fargo Bank foreclosed on the property in April 2008. The 4,192-square-foot house was built in 2006.

Mr. Rawski is the owner of Admiral Pool Solutions, a Las Vegas-based provider of swimming pool services.

There were 8,305 home sales in Enterprise CDP in 2008, with a median sales price of $225,000.
