Gina M. Madrigrano Friebus, Thomas A. Madrigrano, Katherine Madrigrano, and Aldo J. Madrigrano bought a four-bedroom, three-bath house at 5810 Via Manigua in Paradise for $463,140 from Thomasina Madrigrano on Dec. 26.

The 3,160-square-foot house was built in 1983.

Mr. Madrigano is the president of W.O.W. Distributing Co., Inc., a family-owned based in Sussex, Wisc., that distributes products from both the Miller Brewing Co., and the Coors Brewing Co.

He's also chairman of Beer Capitol Distributing, Inc., a Waukesha beer distributor owned by the Madrigrano family, and serves on the distributors council for Miller and Crown Imports, LLC, Chicago, whose brands include Corona Extra, Modelo and St. Pauli Girl.

There were 4,065 home sales in Paradise in 2008, with a median sales price of $230,000.
