Steven D. Mesa and his wife, Brandy, bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 7150 Copper Road from the Bank of New York for $499,000 on Jan. 2.
The Bank of New York foreclosed on the property in Oct. 2008. The 5,359-square-foot house was built in 1996.
Mr. Mesa has worked for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, a Las Vegas-based agency of the U.S. Department of Defense that provides imagery and geospatial information for several military activities.
He attended American Graduate University.
The Mesas sold a home at 212 Spanish Dr. in Sunrise Manor on Jan. 2.
There were 4,318 home sales in Sunrise Manor in 2008, with median sales price of $154,900.
