Chester I. Wright, III, bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 4572 Velvet Crest Lane in Enterprise from Aurora Loan Services, LLC, for $430,000 on Jan. 22.

Aurora Loan Services, LLC, foreclosed on the property in March 2008. The 4,546-square-foot house was built in 2006.

Wright is the director of finance and a treasurer at Legal iGaming, a Las Vegas-based downloadable gaming technology company. Prior to joining the company, he served as vice president of finance at SimpleSearch.com in Las Vegas.

He has also served as a U.S. Air Force staff sergeant, and earned his bachelor's in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (1983).

There were 8,305 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median sales price of $225,000.
