Jeffrey G. Manuel bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 3013 Fresco Court in Spring Valley from the U.S. Bank National Association for $320,000 on Jan. 23.

The U.S. Bank National Association foreclosed on the property in June 2008. The 3,694-square-foot house was built in 2000.

Manuel is an accountant and a manager in the Las Vegas office of Nevada tax firm Kafoury, Armstrong & Co. He earned his bachelor's in business administration from the University of Nevada.

There were 6,015 sales in Spring Valley in 2008, with a median sales price of $215,000.
