Gregory R. Forsberg bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 480 Baldur Run St. in Spring Valley from Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., for $332,000 on Jan. 27.
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., foreclosed on the property in May 2007. The 3,388-square-foot house was built in 2001.
Forsberg is the founder, president and chief engineer at Supaslump Masters, LLC, a San Francisco digital editing and mastering company which has worked on albums by John Lee Hooker, MC Eiht, Bonnie Raitt, Rusted Root and Van Halen. The company also has a mastering studio in Las Vegas.
There were 6,015 sales in Spring Valley in 2008, with a median sales price of $215,000.
