Dr. Ceylon Thoma Caszatt and Debra Caszatt sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 2101 Plaza Del Fuentes in Las Vegas to Scott O'Neil for $350,000 on Jan. 22.

The Caszatts bought the property for $249,900 in Feb. 2008. The 2,415-square-foot house, which was built in 1976, is in the Spanish Oaks neighborhood.

Dr. Caszatt is a general practitioner who specializes in preventive and family medicines. He graduated from the University of Missouri, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (1969).

There were 17,920 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sale price of $205,000.
