Derek Fialkiewicz and Christa Fialkiewicz sold a six-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 9981 Maymont St. in Enterprise to James Diiorio for $537,000 on Jan. 23.

The Fialkiewicz bought the property for $903,000 in March 2005. The 4,989-square-foot, two-story house in Bermuda Pyle was built in 2001.

Mr. Fialkiewicz is a math teacher developer in Las Vegas. He is also a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the Nevada Mathematics Council.

There were 8,305 home sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median sale price of $225,000.
