Peter J. Miles and his wife, Deborah, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 11569 Cantina Terlano Place in Enterprise from the US Bank National Association for $365,000 on Jan. 15.

The US Bank National Association foreclosed on the property in Sept. 2008. The 3,090-square-foot, single-story house was built in 2004.

Mr. Miles is the western states regional manager at MODO Installation Services, a Las Vegas firm that specializes in putting on exhibits, trade shows and events.

There were 8,305 home sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median sales price of $225,000.
