Neurosurgeon buys condo in Panorama Towers

Dr. James Forage bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 4575 Dean Martin Dr. in Paradise from Dean Martin Drive, LLC, for $800,000 on Feb. 9.
The 2,372-square-foot, Unit #2400 is in Panorama Towers condo development. It was built in 2005.
Dr. Forage is a neurological surgeon and is affiliated with St. Rose Dominican Hospital and St. Rose- San Martin Campus.
He received his M.D. from Washington University, St. Louis School of Medicine in 1992 and completed his residency at UCLA Medical Center in 2001.
There were 1,977 condo sales in Paradise in 2008, with a median sales price of $513,000.
