Sandwich shop owner settles into Vegas 4BD

Adam Kahn and Lily Xu bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 12248 Montura Rosa Place in Las Vegas from Aurora Loan Services, LLC, for $340,000 on Jan. 27.

Aurora Loan Services, LLC, foreclosed on the property in April 2008. The 3,144-square-foot house was built in 2005.

Kahn is the owner/originator of Slims Sub Shop on Cheyenne Ave. in Las Vegas. He began his career at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, specializes in trading Japanese yen futures.

There were 19,663 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $201,007.
