Wisconsin businessman deals in Summerlin South

Dennis S. Paradise and Linda G. Paradise sold a five-bedroom, three-bath at 3044 Cherum St. in Summerlin South to George Michaels and S. Ann Michaels for $320,000 on Jan. 29.

The Paradises paid $247,000 for the property in Dec. 2002. The 2,450-square-foot house was built in 2000.

Mr. Paradise is the vice president of sales and marketing at Extrusion Dies Industries, LLC (EDI), a Chippewa Falls, Wisc., firm that designs and builds flat extrusion dies and coating heads for plastics processors and web converters. He's held the title since March 2008.

There were 19,663 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $201,007.
