California accountant scores Henderson 3BD

Fiona Uhler and David A. Uhler bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12 Via Ravello in Henderson from Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., for $400,000 on Feb. 27.

Greenpoint foreclosed on the property in Oct. 2008. The 1,972-square-foot house was built in 2005.

Ms. Uhler serves as the owner of Carpinteria Capital Advisory Services, LLC, an accounting firm.

She attended the University of California-Santa Barbara

There were 8,872 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median sales price of $258,408.
