Gregory J. Navone bought the four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1616 Windsford Circle in Las Vegas from Grant Owen Fidler for $335,000 on Feb. 27.

Fidler acquired the property for $585,000 in Nov. 2006. The 2,622-square-foot house was built in 1993.

Navone has been the owner and president of First Interstate Mortgage in Las Vegas.

He attended St. Mary's College and Merit College.

There were 21,310 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $179,900.
