Caesar's Entertainment VP gets Las Vegas abode

Christian C. Johnson and Dina Johnson bought the four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 9720 Royal Lamb Dr. in Las Vegas from Cory L. Schaefer and Charla A. Schaefer for $340,000 on Feb. 27.

The Schaefers acquired the property for $590,000 in Sept. 2004.

The 2,400-square-foot house was built in 1999.

Mr. Johnson has served as the vice president of capital effectiveness at Caesar's Entertainment Corp., which owns, operates and develops hotels and casinos. He has also been the vice president at Harrah's Entertainment, a private gaming corporation and owner and operator of casinos, hotels, and six golf courses.

He was a team leader at BearingPoint, a management and technology consulting company based in Washington D.C. He was the founder and president of Emerging Markets Finance.

He earned his masterâ€™s in International Finance from Harvard Business School and his masterâ€™s in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University. He also attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

There were 21,310 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $179,900.
