Blake Burr and Lori Burr bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 10709 Fairfield Ave. in Enterprise from Wells Fargo Bank for $409,000 on Feb. 27.
Wells Fargo Bank previously foreclosed on the property in Dec. 2008.
The 4,197-square-foot house, which was built in 1999, is in the Dominion subdivision.
Mr. Burr is the owner of a Las Vegas construction company, Copper Creek Construction.
There were 9,892 home sales in Enterprise in 2008, with median sales price of $205,000.
