Businessman selling Henderson 5BD for over $1M

Wolfgang H. Bednar and Michele I. Bednar have listed for sale a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 2796 Botticelli Dr. in Henderson for $1.199 million.

The Bednars bought the property for $589,905 in June 2003. The 4,603-square-foot house was built in 2003.

Holger Schlotmann of Prudential American Group is the listing agent.

Mr. Bednar is the owner of BrandSource, a household appliance store in Las Vegas.

He has worked for Ultra 8 International and Bosch-Siemens Household Appliances as vice president.

He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Karlsruhe in Germany.

There were 8,994 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with median sales price of $240,000.
