UNLV professor selling Henderson 3BD

Linda D. Stetzenbach and Klaus John Stetzenbach have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 2814 Thunder Bay Ave. in Henderson for $449,000.

The Stetzenbachs bought the property for $295,075 in April 2002. The 2,337-square-foot house was built in 2002.

Di Redman of Windermere Anthem Hills, LLC, is the listing agent.

Mrs. Stetzenbach teaches environmental and occupational health at the School of Public Health at UNLV. She has also worked for the Harry Reid Center for Environmental Studies at UNLV as director of its microbiology division for 17 years.

She received her Ph.D. from the University of Arizona.

There were 8,994 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with median sales price of $240,000.
