Hospitality veteran selling Turnberry Towers condo

Gregg B. Pearson and Joy Pearson have listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 322 Karen Ave. in Winchester for $403,540.

The 1,405-square-foot Unit #1102 is in the Turnberry Towers.

Dan Humeston of Century 21 Moneyworld is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Pearson is the president, CEO and chairman of Newport Creek Hospitality, a Walnut Creek, Calif.-based hotel management company with offices in Japan and the Philippines.

He previously served as senior vice president for RIM Hospitality. He started his career in hospitality two decades ago, working for a small boutique hotel in Salt Lake City, and later working for major hotel companies such as Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton.

He has also worked for independent hotels in Hollywood, Guam, Saipan and the Philippines.

He studied hotel and restaurant management at Brigham Young University in Hawaii.

Turnberry Towers at Paradise, which was completed in 2008, is a two-building, 45-story condo development that features more than 600 units.

There were 836 condo sales in Winchester in 2008, with median sales price of $425,125.
