Scott F. Herbstman and his wife, Brenda, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 129 Voltaire Ave. in Henderson for $329,000.

The Herbstmans bought the property for $564,990 in Dec. 2006. The 4,374-square-foot house, which was built in 2007, is in the Palm Hills subdivision.

Patricia Nash of Exit Realty Unlimited is the listing agent.

Mr. Herbstman has worked as an IT manager for NextGen Integrated Solutions in Las Vegas. He was also assistant vice president/facilities manager at Silver State Bank.

He graduated from Broward Community College in 1989.

Mrs. Herbstman has served as a program coordinator for the Area Health Education Center of Southern Nevada. She also worked for Clark County Department of Family Services.

There were 9,110 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with median sales price of $247,000.
