Jonathan Jaggers sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 11525 Timber Mountain Ave. in Summerlin South to Joseph Kramer for $465,000 on March 5.

Jaggers paid $377,285 for the 2,325-square-foot house, which was built in 2003.

Jaggers has served as an executive vice president of casino marketing and operations at Bally's and Paris Las Vegas. He has been in the gaming and marketing industry for over 26 years.

Prior to that, he was the senior vice president of casino operations at Las Vegas Hilton. He joined the company as EVP of international marketing in 1996. Earlier, he held executive roles at Caesars World International Marketing and at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

He studied at the University of Nevada.

There were 1,021 home sales in Summerlin South in 2008, with a median sales price of $309,950.
