Dr. Ormand is a chiropractor with The Chiropractic Family Center of Green Valley. He graduated from the Parker College of Chiropractic and earned his bachelor's in psychology at the University of California-Irvine.

There were 7,241 home sales in Spring Valley in 2008, with a median price of $185,000.
