Mark Scheiner and Paula Eylar sold a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 1900 Plantea Court in Las Vegas for $1.2 million to Arkady and Marjorie Fatalevich on Mar. 23.

Scheiner and Eylar paid $1.393 million for the property in June 2005. The 6,303-square-foot home was built in 1996.

Scheiner is a managing partner with the Gaming Development Group, a casino and gaming development and consulting company in Las Vegas. He's also worked with the Golden Nugget Hotel/Casino in Atlantic City and the Golden Nugget in Laughlin, Nev.

There were 21,372 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $170,000.
