Celine Dion drummer sells Summerlin South abode

Dominique Messier and Mary Lou Gauthier sold their four-bedroom, three-bath home at 10179 Dupage Avenue in Summerlin South for $300,000 to Henri Saleres and Amnuoy Saleres on April 14.

Messier and Gauthier paid $282,500 for the property in Sept. 2002. The 2,024-square-foot house, which was built in 2001, is in the Sierra Woods At Summerlin neighborhood.

Mr. Messier is a French-Canadian drummer and producer, and the owner of Montreal-based Studios Piccolo. He's also been a drummer with Celine Dion since 1995.

There were 992 home sales in Summerlin South in 2008, with a median sales price of $300,000.
