The Oleksas paid $875,000 for the property in March 2006. The 3,332-square-foot house was built in 2003.

Mr. Oleksa is the president at Bobizzo.com., a consumer goods company in Las Vegas.
Ms. Oleksa is the manager at Bobizzo.com. She attended Weber State University.
