Elementary teacher lists 4BD in Las Vegas

Elaine S. Negrin and Kirk M. Carpenter have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1932 Park Shadows Lane in Las Vegas for $355,000.

Negrin and Carpenter paid $239,000 for the property in Dec. 2002. The 2,393-square-foot house was built in 1995.

Lori Shannon of Windermere Prestige Properties is the listing agent for the home.

Negrin is a third grade teacher at Merryhill School, a private school in Summerlin.

There were 21,372 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $170,000.
