Internist scores Paradise abode

Dr. Ahmad Farid Badery and Sabnem Badery bought a home at 2565 Regency Cove Ct. in Paradise from Emerson Estate Homes, LLC, for $380,000 on April 1.
The 4,483-square-foot house, which was built in 2007, is in the Emerson Estate neighborhood.
Dr. Badery is an internist who has practiced in Las Vegas. He earned his M.D. from the Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine.
There were 4,898 home sales in Paradise in 2008, with median price of $179,900.
