Safe service provider buys in Terra Bella

Rena E. Starks bought a four-bedroom, three-bath at 7501 Royal Crystal St. in Las Vegas from The Bank of New York Trustee for $667,757 on April 20.

The Bank of New York Trustee foreclosed on the property in Jan. 2009.

The 3,529-square-foot home was built in 2005 in the neighborhood of Terra Bella.

Starks is the co-founding owner of Homekeepers, LLC, a safe service provider based in Las Vegas. She is also the owner of IAMB, Inc., a company that is comprised of advocates, trainers and mortgage industry professionals.

There were 21,372 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $170,000.
