Jason McLemore and Monique Mulligan bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 5525 Michelli Crest Way in Lone Mountain from Pacific Woods Rentals, LLC, for $345,000 on April 20.

Pacific Woods Rentals, LLC, paid $289,000 for the property in June 2008.

The 2,588-square-foot home was built in 1998.

McLemore serves as chief technology officer at Excella Communications, a Las Vegas-based provider of IP, data, and digital voice services for small business and enterprise level customers.

Prior to joining the company in 2001, he was an entrepreneur and founder of two Dallas, Texas-based start-ups, Fonebuzz and The Moving Billboard Co. He also worked in network engineering at Documedix, a medical industry software company.

He holds a Microsoft-certified system engineering certification from Southern Methodist University.

There were 526 sales in Lone Mountain in 2008, with a median price of $400,000.
