Charles Reibel and his wife, Catherine, sold a five-bedroom, 4.5 bath at 11660 Evergreen Creek Lane in Summerlin South to Chris and Donna Paisley for $1.2 million on April 14.

The Reibels paid $1.4375 million for the property in Jan. 2006.

The 4,443-square-foot house, which is located in the Red Rock Country Club at Summerlin, was built in 2003.

Mr. Reibel is a chief financial officer at Cashman Photo in Las Vegas. He was previously a partner at Kallman and Co., LLP, CPA, a Los Angeles-based provider of accounting, financial and consulting services.

He's also served as a founding partner and president at Los Angeles-based accounting firm Reibel & Rose, LLP, as well as president of financial systems consulting company Reibel & Rose Financial Services, Inc. He also served as president and a director of Gorilla World, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of active-wear clothing.

He received an bachelor's degree in accounting from Concordia University and an M.B.A. in taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

There were 992 sales in Summerlin South in 2008, with a median price of $300,000.
