Keith A. Kriner bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 7426 Salvadora Pl. in Enterprise from Aurora Loan Services, LLC, for $370,000 on April 16.

Aurora Loan Services, LLC, foreclosed on the property in July 2008.

The 4,413-square-foot home was built in 2006 in the neighborhood of Nevada Trails.

Kriner is an executive director of sales operations at CityCenter, a mixed-use complex currently under construction by MGM Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise.

He previously held other positions within CityCenter, including director of business operations and director of finance. Prior to joining CityCenter, he held a variety of roles in finance with Four Seasons from April 2000 to Feb. 2006.

There were 9,875 sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $200,000.
