Geriatric psychiatrist acquires Paradise 4BD

Dr. Renee L. Ngo bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath at 3950 Youngson Dr. in Paradise from JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. for $365,000 on March 25.
Washington Mutual Bank foreclosed on the property in Sept. 2008.
The 3,988-square-foot home was built in 2007 in the Viking Villas neighborhood.
Dr. Ngo practices geriatric psychiatry in Henderson.
There were 4,898 sales in Paradise in 2008, with a median price of $179,900.
