Historical attraction officer gets Vegas 4BD

Jeffrey Vanness and Suzey Vanness bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 9056 Dove River Road in Las Vegas for $305,000 from Cartus Financial Corp., on April 24.
The 3,010-square-foot home was built in 1994.
Suzey Vanness is a senior marketing specialist at Springs Preserve, a cultural and historical attraction on S. Valley View Blvd. in Las Vegas.
She previously served as vice president for marketing at Leirum, LLC. She graduated with bachelor’s degree in communications from Pepperdine University.
There were 21,779 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $160,000.
