Bruce G. Setloff and Julie Ann Setloff bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12095 Point Royal Court in Enterprise for $680,000 from Greater Las Vegas Investors on April 28.

The 4,199-square-foot home, which was built in 2005, is in the Beleza at Southern Highlands neighborhood.

Mr. Setloff is a partner with the Maritime Charter Group in San Francisco and also works in business development with the SeaDream Yacht Club.

He previously worked with Seabourn Cruise Line and Cunard Line. He attended Ohio State University.

There were 9,875 home sales in Enterprise in 2008, with a median price of $200,000.
