The bank foreclosed on the property in Oct. 2008. The 3,753-square-foot home, which was built in 2005, is in the Bott Acres neighborhood.

Dr. Claricia Simmons Shepherd specializes in pediatric medicine at Southwest Medical Associates Pediatrics in Las Vegas. She is also affiliated with Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas.

She received her M.D. from the UCLA School of Medicine.

There were 21,372 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $170,000.
