Paul W. Levasseur and Linda I. Felthouse bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 439 Beardsley Circle in Henderson for $400,000 from Stacie L. and Joseph E. Shelton, III, on April 29.

The Shelton paid $382,500 for the property in Feb. 2002. The 3,176-square-foot home was built in 1999.

Felthouse, a licensed real estate broker, is a senior vice president at Alter Group, a commercial real estate firm based in the Chicago suburb of Lombard, Ill.

She earned her bachelorâ€™s degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago and her master's from North Central College in Naperville, Ill.

There were 8,994 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $240,000.
